General Information
What is your maximum children per day?
We will have a maximum of 20 children per day with 1 ECE and2 ECE-A's attending.
What are your Group Care service hours?
Group care sessions are from 0845am to 245pm Monday to Friday. These times are subject to adjustment.
When does registration start?
We have an open house on May 1st 2023 from 6.30pm to 8pm. This will give you a chance to meet the staff and ask any questions you may have, and hopefully sign up :) Link below

5 Days $495.74 Monday to Friday-845am to 245pm.
3 Days $510.17 per month. Monday, Wednesday and Friday-845am to 245pm. Call for clarification.
2 days $349.66 a month. Tuesday and Thursday 845am to 245pm

What age does my child need to be to enter your Group Care programs?
Intake starts at 30 months. All kiddos needs to be fully bathroom self reliant.
Can we tour your facility prior to sign up?
Absolutely, before signing up to any of our programs we always have a meet and greet with potential clients and their kiddos, this gives parents/guardians a chance to have a look around the center, meet the staff, ask questions and for us all to see that it will be a good fit for everyone :)
Do you plan to stay open over the Summer break?
Providing there is enough need for this service, we will be open throughout the summer break.
Can I add my child to your waitlist?

Do you accept subsidy?
Yes, we accept ACCB. We do ask that all paperwork is in place prior to your child starting, or for full payment to be made and a refund issued once the benefits package is in place.
Are you part of the Government CCFRI program?
Yes, we will be reducing fees in December 2022 as per the Provincial government's previous announcement. More details to follow as they become available.
Staff Qualifications
Are all your staff fully trained in First Aid and CPR?
Yes all our staff are fully trained in First Aid and CPR.
Are all staff suitably trained to work with my child?
Yes, all staff will have the minimum requirements to work with your child, with the majority having attained University and/or College qualifications.
What ratio's do you use?
We are licensed for 20 children per day and we operate on a less than 7:1 ratio staff to children-aged 30 months to school age.
Do all your staff have valid background checks?
Yes, all staff have valid RCMP and Ministry background checks.
Diet and Nutrition
Do you provide food in your Group care program?
No, Parents/Guardians have a better understanding of what their kiddos likes/dislikes, so we ask that you bring a healthy and nutritional snack that complies with all Federal and Provincial standards each day for your child. We will have a some of food on site just in case a child needs additional food or on the off chance the child does not have their snack for the day. Please ensure the snacks are allergy friendly and small enough to be consumed quickly
Is your center nut free?
Yes, we do not allow any nut varieties at our center.
Do you accept children with allergies?
Yes, we will provide them with an alternative menu if required that works within the nutritional guidelines to ensure your child has healthy food options.
